As part of my research I have analysed three existing products (music magazines) to see how I might include some of the codes and conventions, and what I need to include like title, barcode, font etc.
The second magazine I analysed was KERRANG! magazine
The final magazine I analysed was NME magazine.
After analysing three music magazine covers I know what to include to my front page of my magazine. I have a better understanding on how to portray a certain image of the magazine and genre of music, this includes the fonts, the fashion of the cover artist and the colour scheme of the magazine.
