Music Genre Research- 'Indie Rock'

As I have chosen to base my magazine on the music genre on Indie Rock I will need a better understanding of the genre therefore I have carried out some further research. I will have to research:

  • The background information of the genre; when it was created, what it consists of, instruments used.

  • The style, fashion of the genre; what the artists wear, hairstyles.

All this research will allow me to include codes of the genre in my magazine, which will appeal to the target audience.
